So I've now been doing WW since the beginning of August, and I'm SO CLOSE to hitting the 20 lbs mark. So I totally recommitted to being on points (OP), working out, and trying to resist temptation. So far, so good. Had a great weigh in last week. But I decided a little more motivation wouldn't hurt.
I started reading the 20's board on the WW website, and posting. It's fun getting to know people, especially people my age who are struggling with weight issues. One of the girls had an idea last night that we should friend each other on facebook and exchange phone numbers so we can text each other motivation during the day. I decided I'd play too, and am LOVING it. Hopefully my new friends can help keep me on the straight and narrow :)
I have faith in myself that I'll be able to make it through the holidays in one piece. Just gotta keep working hard. It's paying off, and I feel SO GOOD.
